Open Living Spaces

Guests enjoy superb open spaces which fully open out on to the gorgeous verandah from the central deck and living space at the heart of the house.

The spacious feeling is continued through to the private rooms and suites of the villa - with cooling classic stone wall details giving a calm atmosphere and cooling effect.

The outside is welcomed inside at Belles Point and the boundary blurs between the two offering the perfect mid zone for relaxing.

The heart of the villa is the open plan kitchen with island units to give catering a social and relaxed feel, a substantial breakfast bar area keeps family close and the Dining table at Belles is solid and substantial with extremely comfortable seating for 6 guests and 2 visitors. Cafe style contemporary lighting and large US style fridge and dishwasher help make the food preparation run smoothly.

There are beautiful views over the whole of Admiralty Bay, Princess Margaret and Lower Bay Beaches and even over to the mainland St Vincent to the North. Belles Point House has a wide verandah that opens up the whole front of the house and offers remarkable vistas that guests can enjoy whilst dining and relaxing.

Comfortable Bedroom Suites

The bedrooms at Belles have been described as “Dreamy” and “Heavenly”, with swaths of sheer fabric mosquito nets encasing the four poster beds and dark wood lending a rich quality feel along with the endless cool floors. The king and twin beds are all comfortable and positioned to maximise the views.

Cooling tiles, designer washing basins and vast stone faced showers have been specified throughout. The property has a solar water heater to supply warm water, and is equipped with the essentials; hair dryers, fluffy towels…

There are 3 en suite bedrooms, 2 on the main pool level, both with king size beds, and one on the lower level with twin single beds.

All bedrooms have air conditioning & ceiling fans, with full sliding doors that open out onto a private terrace. The rooms are all located away from each other for added privacy.

The owners welcome children but do highlight that the property has steep drops from some points and would likely not be suitable for younger children.

Outside Spaces

Tempting guests away from the villa are the superb private grounds. Tiered tropical grounds stepping down to the ocean below. The architect designed shaded picnic area invites guest to really 'get away from it all' just you and the ocean... super for a quite coffee, casual luncheon or evening cocktails.

Parking is at the rear of the property with direct access into the heart of the villa and the staff will assist with luggage ensuring all is placed in the correct rooms on your arrival.

Belles Point House has a brand new infinity edge pool offering fabulous ocean views from its edge and the perfect place to cool off after a day at the beach. The pool is private and not overlooked.
